S,DÁYES (Pender Island, BC)
AUGUST 2-4 2024
S,DÁYES • PENDER ISLAND
Forest Fest
Find us ‘In the Pines behind the Hall’ in 2024!
The main festival entrance is straight past the parking lot of the Community Hall. This is the entrance for all festival attendees, camping, and accessibility parking, which is just past the ticket tent. Festival Parking is located in the Community Hall parking lot.
Mosaic Festival is located on North Pender Island, also known as S,DÁYES in the SENĆOŦEN language of the W̱SÁNEĆ (Saanich) First Nations. One of the meanings of S,DÁYES is “wind drying,” referring to the drying of the salmon. We are grateful to the stewardship of these lands by the Coast Salish nations since time immemorial.
Artisan Market
This year we are excited to add an Artisan Market to the festival on Saturday and Sunday afternoons from 2-6pm!
Artisans of all mediums are selling their wares–some even created products specifically for Mosaic!

Dogs Allowed
Yes, you can bring your dog(s)! Please be a responsible owner: Keep your pooch on a leash, check your surroundings for people with allergies or fears, and be prepared to leave the premises if they act out, show aggressive behaviour, or distract people from performances with their barking.
Please take your dog outside the festival grounds to do their business, clean up after them, and take your baggies with you! Don’t throw them in the garbage or we’ll have a very smelly festival 🫣
Water for your pooch will be beside the human drinking water stations.
Be Mindful
Our new site is private property, so please treat it as such. Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on the festival site. Be prepared to leave the premises and not be invited back if you break this rule.
We will have garbage, recycling and compost receptacles throughout the site. Bring your own reusable water bottles as we will have water stations around the site.
